The Washington Times online, www.washingtontimes.com (738,200 circ.), highlighted the Silpat® Entremet in a recent article. The times goes on to review the Entremet, writing “A new way to bake, the Silpat® Entremet is a nonstick silicone baking pan that allows you to make cakes, brownies, and casseroles without using nonstick spray.” They also list pros and cons of the pan as well as explain the tests they put it through.

Our friends at The Curious Cook, an award-winning web series, has featured the Silpat® in a cooking demonstration video. The video goes on to explain Silpat®, stating “A Silpat® is a silicone baking mat. Instead of using parchment paper and grease, you can use this. It’s easy to clean, nothing will stick to it, and you don’t have to use any fat.”
