The wonderful Nicole at BrownSugarMama.com (UVPM: 36,759) posted a recipe for White Chocolate & Cranberry Macadamia Nut Cookies and used the Silpat® Perfect Cookie to make sure they were just perfect.
She writes about the Silpat®, saying “It’s quite easy to use. All you do is lay the sheet down on a cookie sheet, place your cookie dough on the circles indicated on the sheet, and bake! Now, don’t worry, the sheet won’t melt or leave a weird taste on your cookies. It actually helps you to make the ‘Perfect Cookie’.”
