bake with Silpat®On July 3rd Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History will debut “Food Fridays”: A 45 minute free kitchen demonstration featuring your favorite kitchen tool: Silpat®!

As mentioned in the article, “The demonstration kitchen is outfitted with new equipment and tools courtesy of Le Creuset, Kitchen Aid, Kitchen IQ, Silpat® and Sur La Table.”
