HCB_400x400The fine folks at recently featured a recipe for cheesy puff pretzels using the Silpat® Perfect Pretzel mat.

They go on to write, “Not sure how to fold a pretzel? Check out the video and try the tried and true Silpat pretzel mat. We have to admit, we never bake anything without one of these non-stick mats lining our pans. (Honestly, it makes clean-up totally bearable.)”

Colorado Springs Chef Shares Her Secret For Perfect Macarons!

For beginners, she also reccomends the Silpat® Macaron Kit, saying “Beginners can get started with a Macaron Kit designed by Francois Payard, a French pastry chef in New York City. The kit has all the equipment required for making macarons, including a piping bag, plastic piping tips, food coloring gels, candy thermometer, pastry brush, dough scraper, Silpat macaron mat and USB drive with recipes by Payard.”
